I'm so proud of myself..... I actually made a "thing", instead of slopping a bunch of crap together.
I made a stuffed red pepper-- white crab meat, celery, carrots, some of the red pepper, plain yogurt, spices (salt, pepper, dill, oregano) and soy cheddar cheese melted all over it. It was good.
I wish I had a camera, it was beautiful; but my house burnt down and I have yet to replace mine.

alright, I made these at my parents' house a while ago.
