I'm just dying to get out snowboarding. We've got a few places with one or two runs open with man made snow, but that's just a waste of time to go. Soon... very soon (Hopefullly!)

I didn't either. I haven't had my current car that long and the all seasons are literally new. If it's really nasty out i'm just not going to work.

I don't do snow tires either, snow never sticks around out here for more than a day or two

now I know why all the men loved having me play when I played in a men's league (that or I shared the change room!)

In all seriousness, I started playing 10 years ago and despite being a competitive volleyball player, I chose hockey over v-ball when I didn't have enough time for both. I love it!

I was playing in a men's recreational league (I was one of two women in the whole league) for years and switched to a women's B league in Aurora - it's decent play, but I have friends that are A players and I'm always comparing myself. Not to mention my son playing rec hockey who scores more than me all the time!!

Ha not as fun as it sounds trust me, warming up now. So iv been forced out of my natural habitat and back to work. Got in some snowboarding on the weekend, unfortunatly it wasn't me hitting the slopes, it was the slopes hitting me haha

At least you can go. We have one run... yes RUN... open in the province. I think Tremblant is opening this weekend, but still not much. I'm waiting on my passport renewal to come back and heading to vermont next weekend if all goes as planned

So we didn't get as much snow as they predicted but small flakes are still coming down.

I had a great run this morning, found a new shampoo that works amazing on my hair and work is slow because of the US holiday. So far my day is off to a great start.

Nice and I'll be off to bc soon, check out the slopes there. It's funny, most people head to warmer parts of the world in this season for vacation, we go find the highest, coldest and most snowpacked mountains in the country.
