a thing hun...she has to want it or there's no point...i was very athletic and than stopped though my hubby was religiously at the gym...he went on at me etc and all it did was put a rif between us...

we dont fall apart though i feel like it at times...

we simply suffer thru hot flashes etc(hell if i lost weight everytime i had a hot flash id weigh 80lbs hahahaha)..but you do put on weight...

to youre mum...wow stunning...nothing to worry about...

i usually put on heavy rock...(ie AC/DC etc)...keeps me motivated...besides my gym has lousy music
