Stretch everyday, do a lot of warmup before compound work arts.... And work your rotator cuff every day you use your shoulders as a main part of a lift.

Breakfast and then gym in a couple hours. Aiming for a new PR at 105 on bench for 3 sets of 5 reps. And I'll be upping to over 80lbs on DB Shrugs and maybe 70lbs on One Arm rows.
If you do low reps and really high weight on deadlifts, they are easily the hardest on the body because they recruit almost every muscle group in the body.
