hey guys do u take time off between supplements, like creatine or some other supplements?

I personaly believe that your body adapts to supplements in general. SO even if no cyclling is needed on a certain product, I still take a couple weeks off every 6-8 weeks.

I would take 2 weeks off every 8-12 weeks.

The only thing I have taken that long (8-12 weeks) is CEE. With NO, I start seeing a decrease in effectiveness at about the 6th or seventh week.
