Honestly not too sure if this is the right section. But it seems to be the only one where strength is legitimately discussed.
When I was 17 and lifting 3 days a week, I barely maxed at 250 on bench, 150 on squat, and maybe 225 on deadlift. I turned 18, focused on bodyweight training and I am able to squat 200 six times, not too sure about my bench and deadlift thus far, but I'm assuming they'll be up.
Did I get my man strength or did I get stronger?
