This may be a dumb question. But can fat be turned into powder form like protein and carbs? If so, is there any bulk fat products you can buy? Or does it all have to be in oil form?
Reason I ask is because some of these high fat diets would be a lot easier with an easy to down fat.

Go to Costco or Sam's and get a huge bottle of extra virgin olive oil. Ta-da!
Your body = a building under construction
Food = bricks
Hormones = workers
(supplements = worthless decorations)
You can bring in all the workers you want, but if you don't bring in extra bricks for them to use, they can't do any more work.

You don't NEED to take a multi. Vitamins only help if you have a deficiency. Sheeple.

I think you can get egg yolk powder on some bulk sites actually.
Oil is easy to down, so are nuts.Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

On keto diets, like i'm on now, oil based salad dressings are the easiest way to go. I try to have at least 2 salads a day with a good helping of olive oil vinagrette. Even ranch dressing is a better source than animal fat. Caesar dressing on baked chicken is an easy keto meal.
