The local gym is closing in a week or two, and the next nearest gym is about an hours drive..
I've only got dumbells and barbells at home, so could someone give me a routine for using dumbells and barbells 3 times a week until I can afford to get to the next nearest gym..

well you kinda already should be doing bb and db exercises instead of machines. Ill post my routine.
