    How is my bulking diet looking? (reps)

    I'm 21, about 170 pounds, ectomorph... hows this diet looking?


    7:30AM 3 Arginine & Ornithine Capsules

    Meal 1 - 8:00AM
    1 Scoop Optimum Whey protein w/milk
    1 Cup Oats
    1 AST Multi-Pro 32x Vitamin

    P50 C80 F10

    Meal 2 - 10:30AM
    3 Large eggs, or serving salmon
    2 Slices whole meal toast
    1 Apple
    1 Serving Vegitables
    1 Teaspoon Fish Oil

    P30 C50 F25

    Meal 3 - 1:00PM (Pre-Workout)
    1 Scoop Optimum Whey protein w/milk
    1 Cup Oats
    1 Scoop BSN NO-Xplode w/water
    1 Serving grapes

    P40 C50 F6

    Meal 4 - 2:30PM (Post Workout)
    1 Scoop Optimum Whey protein w/water
    5 Teapsoons maltodextrin
    1 large banana

    4:00PM 3 Arginine & Ornithine Capsules

    Vegetables. And maybe increase the servings of Rice and Oats by 1/2.
    A little too much protein from capsules, try to get it from foods. Multiple Multi's an Fish oils in one day unneccesarry.

    If you are trying to bulk, I would recommend replacing 2 or 3 of those protein shakes with whole food protein sources like chicken breasts, red meat, natural peanut butter, fish, or eggs. Your sources of carbohydrates look pretty good, and the frequency of meals and meal timing is also good. I would do a little more research on NO-Xplode though because I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be taken on an empty stomach.

    your right about the noexplode.. im taking san v12 atm but was gonna switch to no explode
