Vegetables!..Which Are the BEST??..Post Vegetable Info!..

Alright, So, Ive been trying to get better Carbohydrate Sources lately, and so I bought some vegetables...While I was searching at the supermarket, I saw that most vegetable are PACKED with sodium!..(what are your feeling on vegetables sodium?)I hate sodium, it bloats me, etc...So basically, Ive been eating broccoli as my main vegetable source, and I also have corn, and green beans. I would love for some more vegetables to be given, that are good. Please share solid vegetables, with the best nutritional info, etc. Post what you eat, and lets make this a knowledgeable thread!...

LOL... Vegetables shouldn't be "packed" in anything

Start with fresh & colorful vegetables ... and don't forget the fruit ...

FYI, canned vegetables are not FRESH vegetables. Fresh vegetables should have negligible quantities of sodium in them, if anything.

If you're eating canned you should make a switch, quickly. Frozen is a more preferable alternative. Sorry.

FYI, Corn is NOT a vegetable. I realize that school cafeterias and crappy diners make it out to be, but it is not. Neither is apple sauce.

you ever heard of a garden? and plus ur 110 lbs i would suggest eating whole wheat pasta, whole grain breads, brown rice, and oatmeal..

loading ur self with low calorie foods is not a way to bulk bro..
the best veggies u can get in ur body are green veggies.. broc, asparagus, califlour, green beans are among the 3 best to get

peas, corn, carrots are strachy and contain more carbs

but in all seriousness bro.. ur not going to bulk by eating tons of veggies regardless of what u think.. they will just make u FEEL FULL because of the fiber.. and 2k is not enough calories now is it because u havent gained any weight as of late and u continue to post threads on pumpkin, and other veggies asking if their ok to eat..

ur ED is really getting to you bro

have to agree the main 3 i really eat and mostly everyday

i did suggest a few others, but i would take in broccoli and califlour everyday.. as long as a few carrots and other things in the cafe if they got them.. such as green beans and spinach

i would go to 2300 and monitor for a week instead of 2,000

by the way u workout n whatnot the extra 300 wont hurt you 1 bit bro..

if you could add another small meal in.. maybe 1/4 cup of almonds and a piece of fruit or something just for something small n some good clean calories

Corn doesn't really have much to offer on the micronutrient end, but it's not "bad" for you or anything. Everything else is fine.
