Josie's road to the stage -- High Heels Madness & More Cottage Cheese!
This lifestyle is not easy. It takes consistent, disciplined, dedicated effort and sacrifice. It takes planning and focus. Most of all it takes a never-say-die attitude and the balls to keep on keeping on even during those periods when you make no progress!

Isn't your tibia your shin? My sister's name is Tibia. It also means tepid in Spanish. Just some useless information. So what's a tibialis machine?
Nice workout!! Do you do the cardio earlier and then the workout later in the day?"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7
GOOOOO COCKS!!!!!! GOOOOO STEELERS!!!!!

That's the first time I heard that someone is called Tibia!!

Right now my split is 6 days of training..
So I have a 3 day routine that I do twice + a weekly powerlifting workout and 5 days of cardio, split into 3 pre-workout sessions (on empty stomach) and 2 post-workout session.
I have had a hard time doing the pre-workout cardio the whole week so I did it after... on an empty stomach still. I was half dead each time, so I'll have to figure my schedule out for next weekThis lifestyle is not easy. It takes consistent, disciplined, dedicated effort and sacrifice. Ahhhh Hot Rose, thanks for the compliment and welcome on board!
Hi dear, I'd like a hamburger... LOL
*******************************************
Okey dokey I have to say something and I hope not to sound too whinny but I need to tell someone!
I'm freakishly tired!!! I'm so tired that I feel drunk... the last time I competed the same thing started happening 2 weeks out... I'm now 10 weeks out and feel like I'm going to pass out!
I'm so low carb it's unbelievable!
I usually think it's all about attitude IE.. you tell yourself you're full of energy and you instantaneously feel energized... but it hasn't worked lately... even though I am not allowed I ended up taking 2 tablespoons of PB and half a kiwi today hoping it would give me a little boost!
I also made the mistake of going to the gym right after my massage yesterday... and now feel worse!
My body aches constantly!
I feel like I'm 80 years old!
I was supposed to ask my son's doc for a full screening... but I know him personally and was afraid he would think I'm a weak woman if I started complaining so I didn't ask for anything.
I only want to be able to wake up rested and pain free one morning!
Is that too much to ask????
Rant over******
So anyway, today I had a great day! I drove by the river with my son and thanked whoever I needed to thank to live in such a great neighborhood!
I went shopping for Fall's clothes for Rockwell... and christening clothes (I KNOW WERE LATE but we couldn't make it before!!)
I also bought his Halloween costume He's going to be a turtle!! (Barb don't eat him please )
Also, my first boyfriend / choreographer called and will prepare my Fitness routine!!!
YIHAAAAA!
Here's a glimpse of today's fun for me
*****************
One last thing, it's been one month today that a little girl from Quevec was abducted, I'm constantly thinking about it!
It pisses me off! We should bring torture back for child molesters!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's her picture, I think it's important to pass this kind of information
***********************************************
Off to bed!

I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. Is it necessary to start dropping off the carbs this far out or can you wait until you get closer? Feeling like crap for 10 weeks doesn't sound too appealing. Take care of yourself first and train second. The cute little guy in the pictures is going to need someone to chase after him!
I hope you feel better soon.
