    Tell me what you think of my ab work out ?
    Will i get good abs ? looking to get sixpack or close
    Tell me wot you think

    Jack-knife Sit-up
    Crunch
    Side Bend
    Pull Plate over head it works abs some how
    Legs on sommit high sit ups

    I do 4 sets of 20

    I do this monday , wed and thursday

    also do cardio to bring bf down

    Squat = 298lbs
    DeadLStiff = 350lbs
    Legs Press = 710lbs
