I have some good muscle mass but I want to shed some fat around my middle while still building/maintaining my muscle mass. This is my current diet -
Meal 1 - 10 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, water
Meal 2 - (post workout) protein shake w/creatine
Meal 3 - Chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice or oatmeal, water
Meal 4 - Whey protein in water
Meal 5 - Chicken breast, broccoli, water
Meal 6 - 10 egg whites
Is this an ideal diet plan for shedding fat while still building/maintaining muscle mass? Thanks for any help.
