How much can I/do I, lift/bench etc.?
I can lift/bench, etc. as much as my mind and body will allow me to for the number of reps and sets I have set for a goal on that particular day. This varies from time to time and does not make me stronger or weaker than anyone else in the gym, just smarter for not wasting my time asking others "how much they can lift!"
