Wondering if there are any folks here who also contemplate and organize the week's goals, lifting or otherwise? It's going to be above freezing and wet here so I'll be working on some early landscaping stuff, cleaning up and reconfiguring the chicken coop, cutting a tree that fell during a storm, flesh out a few ideas in the studio, get a few heavy lifting sessions in, start hiking again as the snow is gone, and not starve to death on cut. Might explore making something new in the kitchen. All this obviously outside of work hours.

I've been trying to ignore it, by my yard is starting to look like it needs attention. Supposed to be warm this week too so I may have to break down and start the mowing season. I also would like to creampie the new LTC broad from the accounting department that started 2 weeks ago. Grabbing lunch with her tomorrow.

Chest to wall handstand, with feet not on wall. Wall just there so if I can't hold it, I can toe tap back to it.
I learned what I need to do for middle split. I have been stuck at it for this reason. You need to heavily go into an anterior pelvic tilt in order to create more space in the hip ball and socket joint otherwise you will have bone on bone contact and will go no further, which is where I am at. There is also strength issues which I will address. Not saying I will get full middle split within a week, but I will be closer. The sources I was watching didn't flat out say it, but pretty much alluded if you can full pancake, you can full middle split. I can full pancake, chest on floor.
Square my front split. Again I have recently learned how to go at this. I have been doing it wrong. Got really close to open front splits (not squared), going squared, not close at all. Will square and progress again to going lower.
Continue to improve front lever. Today is front lever strength day, I will be doing inverted deadlifts on rings with 11lbs ankle weights on each leg.☆☆☆USA �яєω☆☆☆

Time to start my cut, got a few projects to do around the house. I'm fairly handy around the house but going to be dipping my toe into some basic woodworking. Starting slow and basic with a simple bookcase in a small nook where nothing else can really fit.

week 4 of my first actual cut since the last show I did, so we're starting to see some good stuff come out. We're at the tailend of our false spring season here so I was already able to do some yard prep stuff. I want to be able to fish at least once this week, so that's my biggest goal aside from anything work related

Nice. I think I'm entering week 4 too. My perception of time is all messed up. Currently cooking a stir fry with chicken breast, bell pepper, spinach, and ginger/garlic. Rice noodles to go with that. Not really into eating rice during cuts but I thought it would be a fun change tonight. It's important to me to keep things interesting.

No booze is definitely a good move, although a beer here and there at this time of year in the sun is great, just don't lose control.
Why not jack off? Honestly, if you're not having regular sex, I think men need that release. My limit is 48-72 hours. I can go that long without busting a nut and then I get all tense and pent up and irritable and frustrated. My girl and I have a deal that, if life has caused us to not be able to fit sex in for 3 days, then we do it no matter what. It's an emergency nut. Dead srs.

Decided I'll be going back to only drinking on nights I hang with my chicks and weekends like I used to rather than every goddamn night. Didn't drink last night and got a good workout in before crashing into bed. Will be doing the same tonight and having some sushi for dinner HNNNG. Other than that, pretty boring workweek but I can't complain. Next paycheck will have my raise included so looking forward to that. Hanging with one of my sexy main chicks on Thurs and a few other things with friends/grils to look forward to. Life is good SRS

Been rehabbing some lower hamstring tendinitis that I couldnt figure out if deadlifts or running was triggering. Skipped a week of deadlifts and running and substituted the cardio with the stationary bike. Nice to feel a quad pump as well as having a heart rate monitor built into the workout. Been cruising at 20-25 min sessions avg bpm @ 122 with 5 miles covered, gets to the point where the sweats dripping off the nose, love getting to that zone. Hamstring healed up in 3 days of not beating it every day from multiple angles, who would've thunk it?
Hunting seasons over because Turkey is gay, so gotta find a Sunday morning fasted cardio LISS alternative. Might walk around the town for hours or check out some local nature parks. Have this years hog harvest cubed up with organs and fat ready to go for some sausage making. SHould end up with about 100lbs this year, plenty to eat and a few pounds to give away, perfect amount.
Roommate works at DD and keeps bringing home boxes of day old doughnuts. Woke up to six full boxes on the table, this will be my greatest mental battle.**Florida Crew**
