    Exclamation should i squat 17 times net week ?

    from Monday to Friday 3x per day,morning - noon evening,altering from Front to back squat
    twice at Saturday morning noon

    this is the program of national olympic weightlifting team

    if i follow it for a week would the gainz be mine ?


    is this a good idea?
    cant squat much,80kg my max at the moment,back in the i day i sqaut 125 kg and felt good

    If you are currently squatting 15x or 16x per week, then sure, add a set or two and see how it goes. Otherwise, I would take a more conservative approach and just add 1 or 2 sets to whatever you are currently doing.

    I use to squat all the time. Multiple times a week, some heavy, sometimes for reps. Deep with good form though.

    Now my knees are shot and I have bilateral hip impingements from the depth.

    Just be smart about what your body is really meant for and what you should do to preserve it for the rest of your life. Beating on it is a recipe for disaster.
