from Monday to Friday 3x per day,morning - noon evening,altering from Front to back squat
twice at Saturday morning noon
this is the program of national olympic weightlifting team
if i follow it for a week would the gainz be mine ?
is this a good idea?
cant squat much,80kg my max at the moment,back in the i day i sqaut 125 kg and felt good

To reiterate a story I have told here multiple times my college girlfriend lived in a house with three roommates one of which was a tall thin blonde who displayed some odd personality traits but was objectively very attractive that aside she would routinely get up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom and unload these humongous colon crocodiles that were the cross sectional diameter of a grown man’s forearm and since they were completely unflushable she would leave them floating and like four out of seven mornings per week the day would begin with someone peeling the lid back and screaming in alarm and for the longest time I was pretty self conscious and concerned they thought I was the culprit but then we were all drinking one night and they told me she did it when they lived in the dorms too and there was a floor meeting about the phantom log monster and she started crying and admitted to it which must have been quite the event to witness and just to wrap the story up in case you are wondering yes she had a chubby fraternity brother boyfriend blasting her in the fart nozzle which may have been part of the issue

goodnight sweet knees.
I use to squat all the time. Multiple times a week, some heavy, sometimes for reps. Deep with good form though.
Now my knees are shot and I have bilateral hip impingements from the depth.
Just be smart about what your body is really meant for and what you should do to preserve it for the rest of your life. Beating on it is a recipe for disaster.NEVER TIPS CREW
