Risky fukin lift. Nobody around either.
Anyway what are you using OP? Orals?"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I would never dump weight off the bar to escape a pin. That **** is dangerous.
About 6 months ago a STAFF MEMBER got pinned while benching. A gym member rushed to spot him, but the guy dumped all the weight off one side while the guy was spotting. Ended up tearing the gym member's bicep.**Georgia Crew**

I don't know that I can even tng 360. I'm maxing this weekend so I'll do some pauses. If you're not banned by then you'll see them posted here. BTW even if you max the same tng and paused, 335x3 pause would be harder than tng, since you're adding more time under tension at the hole of the lift.
This is what I meant by you not knowing what you're talking about. Why am I even giving you a serious response.**Georgia Crew**
