    Exclamation Pulled My Lats, Help?..

I did today t-bar rows for the first time, went the heaviest I could and did 3x8, maybe wasn't the smartest idea.

I feel like I pulled my lower-mid lat a little bit, it's hard to explain exactly what it is.
It doesn't hurt a lot only feels like a deep stretch at certain arm heights when the muscle flexes.

Tomorrow I have deadlifts and legs, I know it might make it worse, what should I do? How long do you think it will heal?

    Thanks!

So, you pulled a muscle. Dude, you're going to have to take a break. This happens, but keep this in mind you shouldn't be trying to go overboard on weight if you don't have the form down right yet.

Rice - Rest, ice, compression and elevation is how you recover. You'll recover fast because you are young though.
    Just keep on going.

Rice is what you put on your plate. You're not going to ice, compress or elevate your lats. Just rest and you'll be fine. You can probably train tomorrow. If something hurts, don't do it, otherwise you're fine.
