    thankgviving if u stay away from desserts is not a cheat day in my opinon. You are eating lots of protein in the turkey some cabs in potatos and vegtables such as corn. That if ur super clean but if your liek me and its thanksgivivng ur having the apple pie

    OMG - I gotta go over the the parents are 4PM for the retard show to begin

    Althought I will stuff my face with lots of good Thanksgiving food. I will stay away from the stuffing and the Pumpkin Pie.

    That stuff will kill your calories.

    So for my snack I'll take a NitroTech Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar and some Caramel Chocolate Chip Rice Cakes.
