Hi! First time posting/making and account here, but I am almost 17, 120 lbs, and 6 feet 4 inches tall. I've been trying to eat a lot and I think my stomach is starting to get bigger because I am eating a little more than usual, but I still sometimes find it hard to eat a lot. Anyways, anyone have tips for the best way to gain weight? I am kinda lost about what to do besides eating. Also, would it be possible for me to gain at least 20 lbs by the end of the year? Thanks in advance.

Drink your calories.
Find a high protein weight gainer powder you like and mix it with half & half. You can easily drink 2,000 calories a day.
It takes some time to learn how to eat enough to fill out your frame. I managed to gain over 60 pounds from 17 to 21. Going from 180 to 240.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #53 ▪█─────█▪

Similar boat.
I was 120lbs at 5'11 when I was 17.
Embarrassed myself when I tried a sample of a marine corps training. And decided to skyrocket from 120 to 180 in a single year.
I wouldn't advice such a radical weight gain, but gaining 20 lbs is definitely possible for you.
Eat calorie dense foods or even calorie dense shakes.
And workout!
