So i started going to the gym around three weeks ago (total beginner) and my routine is as follows:
squats 3 sets 8 reps (10kg not including bar)
bench same as above
shoulder press 3 sets 8 reps 10kg
dumbbell curl 5 sets 8 sets 8kg
dumbbell row 3 sets 8 reps 10kg
tricep behind head extension 3 sets 8 reps 12kg
leg press 3 sets 8 reps 32kg
I have come home for the week and don't have any access to a gym - only have a bench and 2 x 7.5kg dumbbells in my garage. How can i workout for this week and keep my progress going?
Just increase reps with same exercises e.g. 3 sets 12 reps?
