Hello. I know eggs are a great source of protein and other nutrients, but I don't have much time to cook them in the morning before school, and I hate them. Do you know of any breakfast food that actually taste decent and doesn't take a lot of time to prepare, with a good amount of protein and calories.

Good things to eat for breakfast that take little time to cook.

Everyone's tastes are different....
I enjoy eggs
turkey bacon
greek yogurt
oatmeal with whey/protein
bagels with peanut butter
also... no food is specific to a meal. you can have chicken, steak, fish, whatever you want at any time...."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

The above recommendations are all good. I hate doing anything in the morning, so I feel your pain. Some things I like to do (but not everyone does):
Chicken & Waffles: I honestly buy a rotisserie chicken and portion it out in tupperware, then microwave it in the AM and throw it on the Kashi go-lean 7-grain waffles (they are 140 calories for 2 - but there are plenty with way more calories if you're bulking). It's a nice and delicious way to get some protein, only takes a tiny bit of work.
Overnight Oats: I love chocolate so I do old-fashioned oats, chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract, a tiny bit of PB2 powder, cacao powder (to darken it up), some flaxmilk/cashew milk. In the morning just throw a banana on top.
Cottage cheese on toast: Also okay good for protein.ACE--certified PT.

My go-to before a long day of work where I know I won't be eating much is
1 cup Lactaid (I'm lactose intolerant)
1 scoop protein powder
2 medium bananas
3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
A handful of blueberries, if I've got any
A handful of Quaker oats if I'm feeling it
A little excessively high-calorie, so I definitely didn't get into the habit of having them more than a couple times a week, but they're fantastic when you need themBP: 280
