    Unhappy Felt nausea and sick while doing cardio, how to prevent it?

    After doing like 20 mins of low to hiit cardio, I felt so sick that I almost threw up, but after taking rest for few minutes, I was normal, anyone else felt it?what this could be?what can I do to prevent it?

    Maybe you need to reduce the cardio intensity if you are a beginner in the gym...I usually feel sick when I work too hard with very high intensity.

    i think it's either you aren't using breathing techniques, or you are going too fast so your movement and breathing is out of sync.
