Stimulant Fat Burner Vs. Non-Stimulant Fat Burner - Which First?

I've gained about 40lbs of mostly fat over the past two years due to inconsistency in the gym and eating recklessly. I plan on taking the next 4 months to focus on losing that weight before I start lifting hard again. I've already started back in the gym and have been on the Keto Diet for 2 weeks. I want to take a stimulant fat burner (Hydroxycut) and a non stimulant fat burner (Leanmode) within this time frame? Which should I start taking first? Is this a good idea?

    O.o
It is fine to take a fat burner IF you are completely aware that they aren't "magic pills".
    Be realistic with your expectation(s).

And choosing the stim version will provide a boost in energy moreso than the non-stim.

First thing I would do is really focus in on your diet and then if you are seeing small improvements in the weeks than follow stick to it. If you feel low and are fatiguing start with Hydroxycut to give you a boost.

I always start with a stim so I can add a non-stim when things slow down.

I think it was mentioned above but I'd start with getting your diet nailed down. Once you stop losing weight with just diet alone, add in a fat burner to keep things moving along.

diet and training is what you need to focus on. sups should be an after thought once you have everything dialed in.

Like the others have suggested...stick to your diet.
A caloric deficit will do you more good than any fat burner.

First thing first, make sure your diet is in check. If all is good there, I would add in a stimulated fat burner.

Reason being, the “boost” you get should keep you going/motivated. Remember, they aren’t magic pills.

    Good luck!

A stimulate is fine. Either will do, its up to you. I like a stimulate, even like 200 mgs caffeine, when doing fasted cardio
