I've gained about 40lbs of mostly fat over the past two years due to inconsistency in the gym and eating recklessly. I plan on taking the next 4 months to focus on losing that weight before I start lifting hard again. I've already started back in the gym and have been on the Keto Diet for 2 weeks. I want to take a stimulant fat burner (Hydroxycut) and a non stimulant fat burner (Leanmode) within this time frame? Which should I start taking first? Is this a good idea?

First thing I would do is really focus in on your diet and then if you are seeing small improvements in the weeks than follow stick to it. If you feel low and are fatiguing start with Hydroxycut to give you a boost.

I think it was mentioned above but I'd start with getting your diet nailed down. Once you stop losing weight with just diet alone, add in a fat burner to keep things moving along.

"I don't believe in following any one training style. I couldn't tell what DC or H.I.T. or FST-7 entail. I have no clue and really don't give a ****. I go to the gym to train hard. I don't need to follow a ****ing "program" to do that." - Evan Centopani

A stimulate is fine. Either will do, its up to you. I like a stimulate, even like 200 mgs caffeine, when doing fasted cardio
