    need motivation

    Hi
    Im 20y/o, 1m82, 67 kg
As you can see in the pic I have pretty much the body of a 16 y/o.
I am wondering if I have just bad genetics, (small clavicle, very thin waist, small frame in general).
And if I'll train, i'll end up like this guy (see pic).
Or if something like jamie dornan (see pic) is possible for me? If so, how long would it take? (4 times a week gym + good nutrition?)
My goal isnt to be a bodybuilder, but Id like to have a body like calvin harris, ian somerhalder, jamie dornan.
    Thanks

You are 20 years old and untrained. Train and eat properly for two years, then see where you are, then reassess your goals. We can't tell you what or how long, but you're another day away from where you want to be if you don't start today. Seriously, what if it takes you FIVE years to achieve the body you want? You'll be 25 years old. Well guess what? In 5 years you'll STILL be 25 years old - but with which body? The one you have now or the one you WANT?
