This is brandon white, from buff dudes, and I am a big fan of them. I really look up to them and just wanted to ask if this physique was obtainable naturally?

It's obtainable as a ''peak condition'' but not easy to maintain at a low bodyfat like that. The guy is not huge so the muscle mass is not impossible to get.

it's the shredding down that's impossible. the muscle is likely attainable naturally, but the low bodyfat% with all of that muscle is not.

Definitely attainable but it would take pro natural status to look like that. In otherwords; genetics and an amount of work that you will likely not put in.
I mean, is Phil Heath's physique attainable with steroids? Yes, obviously, he exists. Is it ACTUALLY REASONABLE to think you will look remotely like it no matter how much work you put in? Well, no. It isn't.
So yes there are definitely naturals that look like the dude in OP but you probably won't (no personal hate, just fact)"that guy is like a damn unicorn" -Evan Centopani on Mamdouh Elsbiay

Genetics. You can get there depending on your genetics. But tbh if youre asking its probably not attainable naturally for you.
I know people that have become ifbb pros natural. Srs. Obviously they jumped on right after but still.

I would have to disagree. YES, someone could. I was able to carry more muscle than the guy in the pic with equal or less body fay % then he (was 5'8" with 5%+- body fat, 7 point skin fold test). Its hard work and ephedrine was my friend. Agree though, it was hard to hold to it for long periods of time and you need a certain amount mass to begin with. Nothing subs hard work and good nutrition.

This physique is definitely attainable natty, but it's gonna take a while. I look better than this guy natty but I've been training for over 12 years. Most people aren't willing to put in the time and effort it will take to get a good physique naturally and that's just straight talk.

ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE.
My piece of advice for the long run:
The people that say it's unattainable are the people that don't have his physique or similar. The people that have worked out for at least 5-10 years will tell you, it is most definitely possible.

Probably possible but he likely isn't.

I would say yes it is, it's at the top of what's possible naturally. I'm close to that level but have been at it 20 years and will be the first to admit I'm not 100% dedicated to it. I have more important things to do.
Lighting, camera angles and spray tan make a big difference too.

Maybe just maybe he isn't using the sauce but he definitely is going to be cramping with all that taurine missing if you know what I mean.

I'd go with I think is. No expert, but if I could actually do a cut, i would hope for similar. He just doesn't look that big, maybe its the pic.
My journal, not detailed, but heck I never keep track of much anyhow. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121196291&p=863931421#post863931421

Oh it could be done naturally with multiple natural "supplements" if you get that.
Maybe if you are in the 1% group of people who just have insane DNA. But, they are rare and like most of us...you have to bust your butt on training and diet. And you get results, but not like the OPs pic

Looks natural to me. Maybe he's hunched over a bit to raise his traps.

Not going to speculate whether he is natural or not since I've seen naturals that look great and non-naturals that were far from impressive and you wouldn't think they were on something. But his physique isn't that big..or even lean, considering it's good lighting and a proper shot. This looks attainable naturally if not close to it.

Whether he's natty or not, if that's your goal physique, put the time in and work your ass off to get as close as you can. It's not gonna matter if he's on anything or not, the fact is that at some point, waaay in the future after you've put your time in, you will start to see your own genetic limitations (things like muscle insertions, bone density, etc.).
Personally, I used to want to look like that. Now, I just want to look and feel better than I did the day before, and continue trying to increase my numbers in the process.Last edited by sm1ke; 04-19-2017 at 10:11 AM.

I don't see what's so unattainable about this.
He doesn't even look that lean, maybe 10% and his delts don't really look that capped or impressive.
Yeah his traps look good but it's moreso because they attach high on his neck, not because they're thick or massive.
He looks like just a combo of good genes/insertions and a few strong body parts like his chest and arms.
Not saying he IS natural but I think this can be achieved without AAS if you have the right genetics (muscle bellies, insertions, etc.)*Korean Crew*

I think he's the guy from the "Buff Dudes" youtube channel. I think he's like 6'2 and around 220 pounds. The youtube channel is actually pretty good.
