i have uspa raw nationals coming up on july 8th and im determined to win. im running chad wesley smiths inverted juggernaut method for 16 weeks and then im peaking for 6 weeks. Im training 6 days per week for the first 8 weeks and then I switch to 4 for the last 8 weeks. If anyone is familiar with the juggernaut method and wants to give any critique here are the first 8 weeks.
