    Is my smoothie fine

    I'm wondering if the macros are fine or not but here's what I put in my smoothie:
    One banana
    40g oats
    16fl oz. milk
    3 scoops syntha6 protein
    10g creatine

    It adds up to 1,000 calories with 98g carbs and 105g protein.
    I'm 160 pounds 10% body fat and my goal is to slow bulk.
    Is drinking half of this pre workout and the other half post workout fine?

    Seriously...this is pointless though. One food item/smoothie, outside of the context of your overall daily diet and goals is immaterial.

    There is no benefit of loading that stuff, just take 3-5g a day mate

    That sounds alright to me brewskie, but when I was taking 150g of protein and 10g of creatine in one go, I always ended up with some God awful gas. Felt like casper was trying to perform a c-section on me.
    If you take half before and half after it shouldn't be too bad imo.

    Without knowing anything about the rest of your diet it's impossible to say. As others have noted, it's twice as much creatine as you need. And given that at your weight when bulking you only need about 130g protein a day, it looks like a pointless amount of protein for one meal. Personally it doesn't sound great taste wise either.
