Hi
I was wondering if this is a decent home gym for a teen getting into lifting and trying to build an aesthetic body . It has 100kg of weight as well as a boxing bag to get cardio in. Rember not trying to look big just aethetic

You won't look aesthetic if you're not bigger than you are right now.
You will want the three items mentioned, but if you are looking for an order or priority to get them (if you can't get them all) I would say:
1. Olympic Bar + Weights
2. Rack / Stands
3. Flat Bench
With the first, you can do deads and rows, and improvise a way to do squats and presses, or try the traditional olympic lifts. With the next one, you can do proper squats and presses. With the last item, you can do the bench press. All in all, you can do deadlifts, back squats, standing presses, bench presses, and the olympic lifts.
If you can afford what is in the pictures you posted, you can afford these 3 items listed; unless you are getting them for free.

A heavy bag isn't bad for cardio and everyone should know how to throw a proper punch... but the rest is pointless really.
As mentioned: Rack, bar, weights, bench. You can train every muscle in your body with those four things. Even if you can afford more you don't really need it so why waste your money?
The important thing at your age is to train in a balanced fashion. If you only do bench press, for example, without counter lifts such as barbell rows you can harm yourself. Unbalanced training is bad for anyone, but for a developing teenager it is especially harmful.
My advice is pick a simple beginner program and progress slowly... probably half the weight progression the program recommends.
For example, if you choose Stronglifts.com progress by 5lbs for deadlifts and 2.5 lbs for everything else.
Be patient, develop a solid foundation, figure out what you're doing and how to do it correctly. Watch videos on youtube and practice your form with an empty bar until you get it right.
If you can, find someone to coach you and help you get it right.
