I got a sample from the link above and tried it yesterday. I'm currently 5 days out from my first contest of the season, so I'm dragging quite a bit. I also work 3rd shift, which doesn't help.

I took the 4 caps about 30 mins before I got to work and it lit me up. Not jittery and shaking, but a huge difference in energy for quite a while. Mood was much better as well (thanks, GABA!). Towards the middle of my night I noticed a nice thermo effect, but nothing that made me break a sweat; just slightly warmer than usual.

All-in-all, it was a pretty decent sample. Not sure if I'll go all in on a bottle quite yet (I don't typically use fat burners except when I need an energy boost), but I thought it was solid.

absolutely, great review. longer term use has even better results from the other non-stim ingredients

probably another week for white flood samples. but we are looking for loggers now and have a promotion going up shortly

How's the forskolin dose in this? Is one serving daily a full dose? And how much GABA is okay to have in a day? Got some ghost coming from LYL, and I'll soon be trying WF too. I'm a stim junkie but it's been years since I've used GABA and this is my first go with forskolin

you can add a second dose of forskolin later in the day if you like, but not necessary.

we wouldnt suggest taking both this and white flood during the same 24 hour period, not because of the GABA, but because that would be 600mg of caffeine.

great combo. Red Ghost works great with vask, white pipes, hemavol, high volume etc

I just wouldnt recommend adding one of those in on leg days

Maybe so, but at less than 1g a day I'd either have to get fired from my job or lifting. Need 600 mg before work and about 12 hrs later 400 for the gym. Not ideal, but I've tried less and the results aren't good- my job is just too demanding. Too wiped to work out after without a boost. Also use 3 bronkaids daily for my, um, asthma.
