3 year progress

Just wanted to share the progress I've made in about 3 years now. Still have a lot to figure out but enjoying the process along the way. Started lifting a bit seriously after high school weighing around 135lbs. I wrestled and was always cutting weight so i was long ready to try to bulk up. I wrestled 103,112,and 125 in high school and I've always been small framed. Today I weighed 187lbs not too sure my body fat, but strength has gone up substantially with not too much fat gain. I just try to eat protein and lift hard. Not really too serious on my diet and that's one of the things I'm working on this year

Looking much bigger in shoulders/arms. Would need to work on chest for some more proportionality.

187lbs at 5'9" means you're getting pretty big.
High teens bf%.

Thanks man, yea chest is definitely lagging but not as bad as it looks in the picture. Did 90lbs on db incline the other day 4 sets of 6. Finally feel like I've got enough mass to cut a little bit soon

you have really nice v taper man,goodjob!! i hope i can reach 175-180 lbs too in years....
