Just wanted to share the progress I've made in about 3 years now. Still have a lot to figure out but enjoying the process along the way. Started lifting a bit seriously after high school weighing around 135lbs. I wrestled and was always cutting weight so i was long ready to try to bulk up. I wrestled 103,112,and 125 in high school and I've always been small framed. Today I weighed 187lbs not too sure my body fat, but strength has gone up substantially with not too much fat gain. I just try to eat protein and lift hard. Not really too serious on my diet and that's one of the things I'm working on this year
