4-5/week, protein 1-1.2 grams per pound of body weight, supplements proteins, bcaa, creatine. I went from 150 lbs to 193 in 1 year and that's what I've been doing(I am still pretty lean).

basically what Derek said eat lots of complex carbs too vitamins fish oil zinc creatine get lots of sleep train hard and heavy and stay away from fast food and soda unless ur bulking

Next time upload your 1 year transformation like this...... Example of mine. Stop trying to throw up pictures that YOU think you look big in. Just show your progress, they way you are. Putting out a side tri pose is nice but your first picture was not a side tricep.

I basically eat everything in sight because my metabolism is very fast but I usually stay away from soda and sugar. I eat pbjs chicken steak pastas etc.
