Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I can get 22lb of breast for £32.
22lb of drums for £15.
Thighs even cheaper.
I must buy them at a minimum of 10kilo at a time though.
TBH. Eggs bought from cheap food markets are a great bang for your buck with 7g per egg and a serious mixture of fantastic nutrients.
Once you really dial in on counting. You will amaze yourself at how relatively simple 0.8g of Protein per lb is to eat.

Tuna is a personal favourite and I'm not afraid to eat a couple of tins a day. That said, tuna are apex predators or close to it depending on type and accumulate heavy metals, so do your own research before going nuts. Check the type you eat as well because the mercury levels vary by type and region.

I have bought 6 lb of chicken breast twice a week- in some traditional marketplace to fulfill my protein intake-, and this lady frown and asked me if I'm going to sell it again at a higher price .. She thinks I'm a trafficker or something. Bodybuilding in a third world country ..
2 Pounds of boneless chicken breast cost around $3.5 in my country.

It's chock full of vitamins and high in protein content - 1oz yields 8g of protein, 1g more than chicken.
I typically eat mine with breakfast. I throw some oil in a frying pan once it gets hot (usually coconut oil or bacon grease) then brown some onion rings with a clove of garlic. While that's browning, I mince the liver and then once it's ready I dump it all in and cook it until it's all brown through. I typically cook anywhere from 4-8oz. You can eat it that way, mix it in with eggs, throw in some bacon bits, etc. but that's my favorite way.

20 cartons egg x 72 protein per (this is granting that someone is going to eat the whole egg, every single time) is 1,440 protein. for $40. Or, 76 servings ($40) of whey @ 26 protein a serving totaling 1,976 grams of protein. that is about 30% more protein for the same amount of money. It isn't "about equivalent" you stupid contrarian ****.
that's also a name brand, 5 lb tub. you can buy bulk (20+ pounds), unflavored, non name brand whey for much, much cheaper.
As I said, whey is much, much cheaper. thanks for attempting to prove me wrong without actually using any brain cells
