Orange Triad Vs. Animal Pak

Hello Guys,

I just got out of the supplement store.

The guy told me to forget about Orange Triad and go for Animal Pak (they're pretty much the same price).

What do you think ? I am currently taking centrum men.


Please advise asap I need to go back to the store in an hour.

Both are great products. I like Animal Pak a bit more BUT people are put off by the amount of pills you need to take. They both have sound profiles. You may also want to look into Twinlabs VitaFuel for another great multi product.

Well first off both will be better than what you're currently taking. OT is great if you have joint problems since it contains a joint complex along with an immune complex. Animal Pak is a great overall multi if you don't mind a ton of pills. Really the choice is yours in the end

They are both more than solid. If money is an issue Controlled Labs now also has Vit More (OT without the blends), but I doubt it's at the store you're currently going too.

Can't go wrong with either choice.

if not Animal Pak.

you wouldnt need the centrum and I dont believe it has something that OT does not

OT any day. The extras are properly dosed and the vitamin/mineral forms are overall better. And you can let the Centrum go.

Both are solid. If you have problems with joints, CL would be better, otherwise, I would prefer animal pak.

Both are great choices and quality products, I've used both of them and would recommend both. My suggestion would be to take some time, review the labels and see if one suits your needs better than the other.

Both a great. After using both over the years I have stuck with OT based on the joint complex. I have been able to remove a supp from my list by having it included with the OT.

Profile wise, I'd go OT.
Feeling wise, I'd go with Pak. Just felt better on it..
My favorite though is probably anavite. I've got some bone problems so the high doses of D3, K2, and magnesium help me out.


But from those two, I'd say try each, one bottle through, decide for yourself

Reading through It's interesting to see that what everyone is saying is based on either personal use or actual info. grungyMTL I'll tell you what since you already bought the OT PM and I'll send you out a tin of Pak to try as well and then you can really decide for yourself whats better. This is a category without much growth, and its interesting to see when new formulas get released.

I'm glad to hear that you guys are keeping up OT's formula. With that in mind, any thoughts on including cissus or any other joint ingredients? A big part of your userbase I'd guess really likes the joint complex.

I would love to, but I know it wont happen.


We have way too many complaints already about how many pills OT is.

In all honestly, Pak isn't intended for everybody.

Yeah it consists of 11 tablets and is intentionally formulated to be strong for a multi. Some of us think it is worth it. I've been using it daily for more than 12 years.

The joints/flex support is a great selling point and when people tell me "well I don't have joint issues" then I tell them that take care of them now as preventative maintenance is better than when your joints does start to wear out and you have to do treatment for it.

Could of also just turned in the empty bottles as well
