    Exclamation Eating after taking post workout mass gainer?

    Hey guys, just a quick question, how long should I wait before I can start eating after taking a mass gainer shake post workout? I was thinking that would be a good idea to wait for the shake to digest before eating again.

    These are the macros for it:

    Protein: 69.8
    Carbs: 57.4. (Sugars 5.8)
    Fat: 3.7 (1.9 saturated)

    Calories: 730

    Not sure if this would make a difference, but I'll throw it in anyway. The ingredients:

    MALTODEXTRIN, WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, COCOA POWDER,
    NATURAL FLAVOUR, CREATINE, SWEETENER (955), SOY LECITHIN (USED FOR INSTANTISING)

    Edit: Oh yeah, and I drink it with 450 ml of water (15.2 Oz)

    Is there something wrong with just eating more food?

    If for some reason you MUST supplement calories, remember that it's just processed food. If you ask questions like you did, it's obvious you don't understand what you're putting in your body. In the end, it's just cheap calories. Have an extra slab of chicken. Add some peanut butter or other calorie dense food if you need to.

    Since your trying to bulk up you should eat again as soon as you are able to.
