Have knee pain on certain exercises and recovered from some elbow pain.
High reps, slower cadence. I've been doing more of a 2/4 kind of rep speed these days. Really controlled on the transitions.
thanks!

Two things.
the first is form. there is a reason these things hurt and its 99% of the time form. A slight tweak will keep the pain away.
The second is diet. the correct amount of nutrients and fats will help you to naturally recover quickly."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

2012 was a year of on and off training due to miss-hap's. I had broken ribs, pulled something under my shoulder blade. Then had a total hip replacement. Got soft around the edges. Now time for a comeback. 1st year in. So far things are going great!!
April 11th 2014 double bypass surgery. So another set back grrrrrr.

There is no pill or shake. That can replace hard work.
