From what I've heard it seems that kidney stones are the GOAT in terms of excruciating agony, luckily I've never known that feel. Interested to hear what miscers have experienced - here are my top 5:
1. Gout
Pain level: Solid and sustained 9/10 over a 24-hour period. More acute pain than anything I've ever felt in my life, and it was relentless, no relief whatsoever until it finally went the following day.
2. Second degree burns
Pain level: 8/10. When I was 5 years old I grabbed a naked lit light bulb because I wanted to show off in front of a friend. Valuable lesson learned.
3. Fractured wrist
Pain level: 6.5/10. Can't give it a 7 because I could at least have some control over it by not moving my hand/arm at all, but when it did move it was spectacular.
4. Being repeatedly kneed in the balls during a fight
Pain level: 6/10. I didn't even feel it at all during the actual knee attacks (the guy got at least 10 solid hits in) thanks to adrenaline, it was only afterwards (some guys stepped in and took him off me) that it moved up to my stomach and reality set in. It's such a uniquely dull and overwhelming pain. I always lol when women 'wince' when they see footage of a guy getting his balls kicked or hit or crushed in whatever way - bish you have no fukkin idea what it feels like! You can't, not just for the obvious reason because you don't have balls, but because it really is qualitatively such a different kind of pain than being hit in any other part of the body. The closest comparison that women might be able to experience is being punched in the solar plexus - a qualitatively different kind of pain still of course, but the overwhelming and debilitating sick feeling you get from that does have some similarities with being hit in the balls.
5. Haemorrhoids
Pain level: 5.5/10. Not quite a 6 as you can mitigate it with cream and by just not moving at all, but if you have to move (or, god forbid, take a dump) then it can reach a solid 7 for short periods of time.
Overall I consider myself very lucky that these are the worst I've had. Interested to hear what you guys have experienced

Worst pain you've ever experienced?

playing soccer in the 3rd grade in PE at school
other team was taking a free kick and I was on the wall. I had a gut feeling that it was going straight to my balls
And sure enough, like a heat-seeking drone, it locked on to my balls and hit me square in it
it felt like i was bleeding out of it but i didnt look until i got home. I ended up being fine, thank god it was the very last thing of the day.

Got hit in the chest by a 2x4 coming off of a shed roof. Broke 2 ribs on my left side, and bruised another. For the first few weeks, the pain was about a 7.5 round the clock, but when I would cough and not have time to assume the cough position (Basically, you grab a pillow or something and hug it close), it was a 9.99999/10. It is completely unbearable. Thought I was going to die from the pain, if such a thing is even possible.

Snapped my back up doing squats earlier thus year. Could not walk or even shift my body on the bed for 3 days. Had to piss in a bucket. Only after pumping clofen and ******** for an entire day I could get out of bed completely jacked up on meds.
I remember driving home, nearly passed out driving I was in so much pain. As soon as I got home, called gf and thank god she had the day off work she walked me inside.

I don't know if it's the worst pain ever but a while ago I twisted one of my testicles. I don't know how I did it but it was a horrible feeling, but I managed to free it thank god by walking around the house naked and stamping around, it just dropped back into place. The pain after though was so horrible, I had to lie on my bed with a bag of frozen peas on my nuts, sweating and feeling very hot and sick, unable to move for an hour or so. My girl offered me a bj, but I couldn't have her near me so obviously refused. Thankfully after a while it died down. I hope it doesn't happen again.

1. Perforated eardrum
Pain: 9/10
I don't know how to describe this...
2. Broken ankle
Pain: 6/10
Days of intense pain.
3. Falling on face (recently)
Pain 5.5/10 (with 5 being the moment after you get hit in the balls)
I fell roughly 6 feet (from the top of a fence), attempting to be funny. It was certainly the most "shocking" feeling I've ever had, and it was a hundred times harder than I've ever been hit. It happened in 2005, almost 9 years ago, and it still hurts daily more than any breakup, argument, or any other bs daily complaint ever could.
The scale doesn't do respect to psychological pain. In regards to that, my best friend committing suicide brought about pain at easily a 10/10 level; it was pain so intense that living itself did not seem to have any reason nor value."Sorry, did I wake your dream? Dislocated shoulder was by far the worst for me. Would of been okay if somone could just pop it back for me on the spot, but nooo. 6 hour wait in the hospital of peace ffs, while in agony and puking my guts out. Done it 4 times now, never gets easier.

Legg Calve Perthes disease: 9/10.
Basically as a kid my one hip wasn't getting enough blood flow and it was growing weird. Definitely the worst pain I've ever experienced. It would occur nightly when I was ten or eleven years old. And because it would happen most every night, the dread would make it worse. It's also what took Bo Jackson out of professional athletics.
I'll need a hip replacement in 10-20 years unless stem cell therapy or something else turns up something good.
Appendicitis: 8/10
I was eight, so the memories are fuzzy. I remember sitting outside my parents' bedroom door waiting for them to wake up because I didn't want to disturb their slumber with my stomach ache.
Orgasm migraines: 8/10
Imagine fapping in your shower like normal and as you're about to climax you get a dull ache at the base of your skull, you start seeing black spots, and then your skull gets crushed from inside out right after you finish. Horrifying, but I just had to stop jerking it for a few weeks for it to go away.Heterologously Vaccinated Superior Race Crew
