At least that is what I’m being told by certain people in the over 35 section. I would love to prove them wrong. Do any supp reps have actual human studies proving their test boosters work? I’m guessing so considering studies would have to be done by a company in order for them to know their product actually works. Well, I guess studies don’t have to be done if the product is bogus…but I would think that a company wouldn’t want to have that kind of reputation.
Anyhow, yea, so if any supp reps have clinical trials or human studies that actually prove their test boosters work, I would love to read them and show them to certain naysayers in the Over 35 section….

Depends on what you are looking for.
If you are looking for increases that are compared to steroid injections, then you got it all wrong.
Personally for me, increases in libido are always nice, increased aggression the gym can lead to pushing more weight, which leads directly to more gains.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

Saying test boosters don't work is usually due to unrealistic expectations. They could be good for enhancing mood, libido and sometimes pumps depending on ingredients, but in most cases people expect much more than that.

They give you mood and libido boosts.
They do not give muscle gain or strengthControlled Labs Warder

Seems like the verdict isn't out regarding whether or not they help with strength. Everyone wants to be 20 again when their test was at its peak. Why? Because you can build muscle faster and possibly torch fat in the process right? Is building muscle faster due to increased aggression and more intense workouts in the gym or is there something actually taking place on the cellular level that helps with muscle creation when test is at its peak?
Test boosters as I understand them are supposed to stimulate the body to produce more test like it did when us old guys were young. Surely there has to be some benefit to that other than libido and mood?Twatter: marked4u2c

I wrote this before so I use copy/paste now...:
here is the honest point of taking testosterone Boosters:
let me begin with, if you want size and strenght directly from Test.Boosters ,then you are wasting your money. if you want gains from test.boosters that is more indirectly then you can se some benefits
what do i mean with directly effects:
if your test levels are at 400 and your test levels incerase by 20% thanks to a test booster. that would be just 80 extra. so your new level would be 480! do you think a extra 20% of test levels would directly give you more size and strenght? The answer is NO!!!!
now,let me explain a more indirectly benefits:
some people could feel couple of things due to extra 20% increased testlevels;
*energy: yes,it can give more energy. and that is good. more energy.lifting heavier which lead to more strenght
*mood: (it can give you better focus, feeling better, more self confidence and increased apetitte (you feel good and eat more so you can gain size/strenght faster)
*libido: better libido and much more hornier. and this can give you positive agressive attitude
i believe you know what i mean...
the point is, a good test booster is not a waste of money, but if you expect big gains, then you are wasting your money and time
New kind test boosters are more than test boosters. Example Tropinol XP. It has nitrate (for incredible NO increase) which will give you sick pumps, endurance, recovery and much more. It has Icariin (better bloodflow etc)..100% natural and proud of it! (No PH's,DS's,AAS, etc.)
From 135 lbs to 227 lbs (naturaly and with severe obstructive sleep apnea)
Even with poor sleep you can gain thanks to quality food and good workout plan

Agree with everything above...and that is what I have heard in the past. Great post by Danes....as usual.
BUT, I would still love to see some reps chime in and link to some studies that shows their product works. Bloodwork results, clinical trials, etc...
I'm not overestimating them....and have never compared them to steroids. But, the question is, will I see a benefit from them (increase in test number) and is there actual studies that prove (increase in test number) I will?Twatter: marked4u2c

There have been blood work done on a number of OTC testosterone boosters that have showed an increase in testosterone in individuals. However, the level of transition in overall testosterone is not taken into consideration, as you may have some flux in that over time. You also make the assumption that the individual was only utilizing the test booster and not other methods of testosterone manipulation.
So short answer: yes. But you have to trust the individual. Even then, the testosterone increases would be yield much in terms of physiological effects on muscle growth.

Why not do your own blood work to prove it?
Plenty of bloodwork for APE has been posted, there are also studies out there on Fenugreek that show the same.
Do "good" test boosters raise test levels? Yes

It seems that people have covered this topic pretty well, yet you still want more. Plenty have companies have done blood work to prove that their test booster elevate test. The problem is that it only elevated it within normal ranges, thus you won't see the effects you get from other "supplements" that raise your test to supra-physiological levels.

So spend my money on a test booster and then also money on the blood work? Would rather just see links to those who have had bloodwork done. Seems a little less costly that way. But I try not to even go to the O35 misc section....I found my way in there one time and was met with some cool people....but several real d-bags.
Thanks! I may definitely take you up on that. What are the key ingredients?
I just want the one thing you just claimed....and I quote "Plenty have companies have done blood work to prove that their test booster elevate test". That is all I was asking for....was links to the studies, bloodwork, etc. If it only elevates it into normal ranges...is that normal range for a 20 year old or a 38 year old such as myself? If I am on the lower side and bloodwork shows my test went up to a high level for a 20 year old, that would be great. So my question is, does any company have such bloodwork or clinical trials available that show that kind of increase?
I currently have tried a new Test booster that is out and so far, i haven't been real impressed and have been on it for close to 4 weeks...Twatter: marked4u2c

no i havent gotten test levels checked but have seen all of the benefits of a test booster specially faster and better recovery/sleep/libido mood over time, also effects of the slight increase in aggression based off my usage. some compounds ive seen similar results, like fenugreek having used it during my last 2 1/2 months or so, some t-boosters and supps have it. and like has been said D-AA is a good choice to quote Danes:
