I've been trying to find a good tutorial on wrapping knees but I have been unsuccessful can anyone point me to one? I will have to wrap my own knees on Friday. I squat med stance, high bar, belt + wraps (3m grippers)

I agree. EDIT: The "disadvantage" that the APT vid lists--that the wraps spreads apart at the knee--can be easily avoided if you do what I suggest in the video and use up the extra wrap around the center of the knee instead of using it at the top. I actually just posted a video about this that I made, and then saw this thread so I'll post it here as well.
