-first day of required literature class
-instead of going over syllabus like a normal professor teacher wants us to "introduce ourselves to the rest of the class"
-tells us to say our name, major and one unique thing about ourselves
-nervous as phuck, social anxiety brah, heart beating fast
-almost my turn, cant think of anything unique... i lift, fap and misc, obviously dont wanna say none of those
-my turn, phuck
-voice shaky as phuck, blushing, sweating profusely, heart palpitations but manage to get out "my name is xxxxxx. im a chemistry major and I play the guitar"
-dont know why the phuck i said i play the guitar, never played an instrument in my life
-breathe a sigh of relief now that it's over
-but it's not over
-teacher starts asking all kinda phucking questions about it. who influences me? how long have i been playing? what was the first riff i learned?
-no idea how to answer these, i dont even listen to rock music
-stare blankly at her for a good two minutes, whole class looking at me, cant even say a word if i wanted to
-teacher senses awkwardness and says "okay, moving on..."
-as im leaving class some sloot says "byeeee guess you're heading to the computer lab to drop this class hehehe"
-not gonna drop cause uni charges $100 drop fee per course
-this is gonna be a long semester
srs story. just wanted to share so maybe the misc will make me at least laugh at what happened.

I always hated that crap where you need to "tell us something special/unique about yourself." Such bull. Although it wasn't technically true, my stock response was always: "What is unique about me, is that I have absolutely NO hobbies or extracurricular interests whatsoever." Because that is pretty unusual. This never failed to generate a lot of silence and confusion.

I always say some obvious bull sh!t in a sarcastic tone but yesterday in Texas Government the teacher had us do this exact same thing, I said "I have a love for something that most of you can't relate to, that love is Texas Government" only reason I did that was because I knew the professor but 0 fukks lol

Should have said it was an air guitar. That would have got you out of that sticky situation

Nah that **** is expected. I say OP you start taking guitar lessons every day at your free time. Fuk the gym, fuk studying, fuk WoW, just take guitar lessons all fukin day. Then at the last day of the semester get to class a little early and set everything up for once the teacher and everyone else come in, you are playing the solo to November Rain perfectly and as loud as possible, sound blasting all over the school, and at the end be like "this is the first riff i learned, bitch, now suck my dick you slut"
