Just wondering if this happens for anyone else! thanks.
PS: I only feel it in stiff legged deadlifts, not sumo or regular

I've always got alittle light headed on bigger lifts, so I would say its somewhat normal. As far as breathing goes it's my understanding that on big lifts (heavy squats and deads) you should hold the breathe throughout the lift to maintain core stability. as soon as you start to exhale your releasing pressure from your abdomen.
I'm fairly sure this is stated in starting strength your best bet would be to search proper breathing for each liftCurrent -365/300/495

^Interesting. I have a bottle I got for free (dumb teenagers left it at the gym, I waited an hour for them, and figured the dumb kids could learn a lesson about taking responsibility for their property. Irony being I left my wallet and had to walk back to the gym halfway)
I think I'll skip it on leg day, then."Do you have an erection, man?"
"I just broke a personal record on deadlift."
"And now I have an erection."
