    Digestive sluggishness

All of my fave foods are high in fiber. This can cause digestive sluggishness. Anyone else deal with this?
    ------------------------

"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."
    Matthew 22:36-40

What exactly are you calling "sluggishness"?

I eat some fiber but I cannot go high fiber or it makes my stomach a mess. I even have to be careful of many whole grains because it will do it too. The fiber I get from fruit and vegetables is fine.

Have never had a problem with this. I get my fiber from veggies, fruits, and nuts (I don't do so well with wheat). Perhaps you should switch to more insoluble fiber foods? (e.g. celery, nuts, carrots)
