Been bulking and cutting on and off for about 2 years now and didnt do it right in the first year now just trying to get back in the game but the with the right nutrition and diet. Went from 107-165 now back down to 155 but with more muscle than before ...trying to get a little leaner and clean bulking at the same time.Came on to this forum with alot of expectations any tips? or what do you guys think I am lacking in (what body part) and can someone guess my bf% thanks guys! Any criticism will be taken in happily!
