    A brief summary of me and my workout:

    Wuskillz

    Age: 39
    Height: 6’1
    Weight: 209
    Workout: I am currently using Norton's PHAT routine. My schedule is as follows:

    Day 1: Upper Body Power
    Day 2: Lower Body Power
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy
    Day 5: Lower Body Hypertrophy
    Day 6: Chest and Arms Hypertrophy

    Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy Day

    Pulling Power Exercise speed work: Bent over rows6 sets of 3 reps with 65-70% of normal 3-5 rep max
    215x5, 215x5, 215x5 215x5, 215x5 215x5 (15 seconds between sets)

    Hypertrophy pulling movement: Rack chins3 sets of 8-12 reps
    (BW+65) x 10 (BW+65) x 10, (BW+65) x10

    Hypertrophy pulling movement: Seated cable row3 sets of 8-12 reps
    190 x 12, 190 x 12, 190 x12

    Hypertrophy pulling movement: dumbbell rows2 sets of 12-15 reps
    85(each arm) x 15, 90 x 12

    Hypertrophy pulling movement: Close grip pulldowns2 sets of 15-20 reps
    170 x 20, 170x15

    Hypertrophy shoulder movement: HS Shoulder presses3 sets of 8-12 reps

    Hypertrophy shoulder movement: Upright rows2 sets of 12-15 reps

    Notes: I am taking the AminoX intra-workout. Today was a good day to put it to the test since it was a hypertrophy day. I felt good about this workout and was able to push through the workout with minimal rest as hypertrophy workouts require. I am begininng of this log with the Watermelon AminoX

    Taste: Awesome, on point with watermelon jolly ranchers

    Mixability: Great. This mixed with no problems being stirred in shaker cup. Remember, not to shake it

    Effectiveness: Too early to determine, but I had no problems getting through hypertrophy day.

    I didn't see any. Mixed really well in my opinion especially considering I could not shake it.

    Lower Body Hypertrophy Day

    Lower Body Power Exercise speed work: Squats6 sets of 3 reps with 65-70% of normal 3-5 rep max

    Hypertrophy pressing movement: Hack squats3 sets of 8-12 reps
    225x10, 235x10, 235x10

    Hypertrophy pressing movement: Leg presses 2 sets of 12-15 reps
    630x20, 720x15

    Hypertrophy extension movement: Leg extensions 3 sets of 15-20 reps
    200x15, 200x15,200x15

    Hypertrophy pulling movement: Romanian deadlifts3 sets of 8-12 reps
    225x12, 225 x 12, 225 x 12

    Hypertrophy curling movement: Lying leg curls2 sets of 12-15 reps

    55x12, 60x12 (these were done with dumb bell between feet)

    Hypertrophy curling movement: Seated leg curls2 sets of 15-20 reps
    150x15, 150x15

    Hypertrophy calf movement: Seated calf raises4 sets of 15-20 reps
    405x20,405 x20, 405x20,405x20

    Notes: I felt good about this workout. I went up on Lying leg curls and everything else remained the same. This was another hypertrophy day which of course means little rest between sets. I was able to push through the workout with minimal rest between reps. I am enjoying the flavor and mixability of AminoX as well

    It def has a tangy/carbonated taste to it so I believe it builds up some pressure when shaken, but I'd have to see it to believe it. Maybe it depends on the shaker cup (how much extra room/air is in there when shaken). I'd like to this on Myth Busters...
