So after just finishing my 1st show a week ago I have know doubts that I want another go at it.The show and the prep was something I will never forget.I will have my eyes on doing the same show next year plus I may do one more show that I have my eye on.This week I have been getting my grub on a bit but come monday I will be counting macro's once again.I will start with 225pro 250c 60-65fat with 2 cheat meals a week on wednesdays and sunday nights. My goal is to stay within 15 to 20 pounds of my last show weight. For training I will start with some phat action and next I would like to try GVT.There are no words to explain how excited I am to get after it this year and make improvements in the body and mind as well.Anyone who chooses to follow I thank you and those of you that had my back thus far I cant thank you enough.

Big T...pix look great! Don't know why you kept them from us so long! Legs look great....and that MM shot! Did you get a chance to ask the judges what they felt you needed to work on? This will be a great year for you for sure!

Congratulations!!! Great pics! You had a amazing prep and worked really hard. Fantastic! I understand when you say "there are no words" to describe how much you enjoyed the whole experience. Very glad you are going to continue on. Gotta keep trying to surpass yourself !
