    Protein Mousse Recipe

    3 Egg Whites
    50g/1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
    20-30ml Skimmed Milk

    Whisk the egg whites in a bowl till they go stiff. Add the chocolate protein powder and dash of milk and whisk again till smooth, adding more milk till it reaches the desired consistency of chocolate mousse. Leave in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and enjoy.

    Protein - 49g (Using 1 scoop of matrix nutrition anabolic protein)
    Carbs - 8g
    Fat - 2g

    Egg whites aren't even needed. If you use casein protein the stuff fluffs right up with just water.

    AlwaysTryin's recipe calls for 7 egg whites I think.. that monstrous thing fills up his whole mixing bowl. Huge and low calorie.

    Found it. Basically pictures of the steps, what the egg whites look like after theyve been whisked, adding the powder and milk and the finished product.
