I would not cut if I were you. I think you'll be dissapointed.

However, you're still carrying body fat. If I were you I'd throw in some HIIT and try and eat a clean diet but not a calorie deficit. Might not get you "shredded" but it will definitely ton you up a bit so that you can get ready for a bulk. In other words, I would clean bulk.

Aslong as your working out 4-5 days a week you will be fine with getting fat in control. Eat more calories! Food is good for you, eat clean and plenty if you want to build a solid frame. Cutting fat is an easy thing as fat will come off quicker then muscle build.

How many calories do you eat, and how hard do you train?

i lift 3 days per week. MWF upper/lower/upper. with ab work and cardio on T,TH
to be honest with you i dont count calories. i just eat as healthily as i can. lots of chicken, raw veggies, fruits, low sugar cereal (kashi), pork (usually grilled pork loin), lots of whey with 1% milk, lots of eggs...3 whole and 1 white before my workouts. i eat zero junk and i quit drinking
