Been having some wrist problems lately but sucked it up and figured I'd bite the pain and clean for first time in 2 weeks... ended with a sloppy 9 lb back breaker max
Weakness just seems to be fatigued upper back... this was a cleaner (yet lighter) PR that I made 2 weeks ago

Wouldn't that lift where you got 295 still count at a contest since you're elbows didn't touch your knees? It looked good to me but I don't know much about the judging.

strong stuff!. The bar is crashing down on you a bit - in both vids. Might help you meet and rack the bar quickly if you maintain a firm grasp of it when receiving. Though this might be difficult with an injured wrist ( I know because mine is too!)
your about half my weight, but your clean is a little too close to mine for comfort! Keep up the hard work

I agree, very strong lifts!! But, like Wesley said, you're not controlling the catch position very well and that is causing the "crumple" when you rack the weight. Work on timing!!Originally Posted by wesley83
