Well here I am once again. Jan. 02 The next 18 weeks will be about getting the body I never had.Tired of running here and there and not getting anywere.So bye bye to bodyfat..I decided that the next 18 weeks will be focused on training and eating clean.Pushing myself like never before.To prove to myself that I can do this and stay completely focused and keep my mind balanced, not to let anything stand in my way.
