Wich shoulder execise stimulate the most mass in your opinion?

There are lots of press variation, dumbbell variations, cable variations and machine exercise for shoulder development... but which exercise do you think is the ''best'' or most beneficial?

Every person is different, I know, but I'm just curious to your experience.

For all around shoulder development DB press would be my answer. Rear delts dont get alot of love on these though...
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

In this particular case (shoulders) the correct answer would be "all of the above."

The question itself makes an incorrect assumption. That any one exercise can stimulate a collection of muscles that together make the attached limb go forward, backward, up, and around and around in a circle.

I agree and swear by lateral raises, done correctly, if we'd had to pick one specific exercise.

Depends which head you are referring to.

My three favorite delt exercises are:

    Face pulls
    WG Upright row
    Lean away lateral raises
